Information you choose to send
The enquiry form can collect your name, email, arrival date, group size, trip length and message. Ceylon Drives uses that information to reply, plan the requested route and keep a record of the enquiry.
Form and messaging providers
Website enquiries are processed by Formspree. If you contact Sahan through WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or email, that provider processes the communication under its own privacy terms. Do not send passport, payment-card or other sensitive identity information through the general enquiry form.
Attribution and analytics
The site may remember the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM values so Sahan can understand which page produced an enquiry. If analytics is enabled, it is used to measure page visits and actions such as contact or WhatsApp clicks. Ceylon Drives does not sell enquiry data.
Third-party travel services
If you ask for help with a hotel, activity, safari, ticket or other provider, the information needed to make that request may be shared with the selected provider after the arrangement is discussed with you. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Retention and choices
Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a booking, resolve a dispute or meet applicable record-keeping needs. You can ask what information Ceylon Drives holds about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion where no legal or operational reason requires retention.
