What a clear private-driver quote should confirm
Send your travel dates, flight details, pickup and drop-off, group size, luggage and the hotels already booked. List the places that are essential and the places that are optional. Sahan can then identify backtracking, overly long days or a final-night location that creates an unsafe airport rush.
The written quote should state the route, dates, vehicle service, transport inclusions, total price, payment timing and cancellation terms for that booking. Hotels, train tickets, park entry, safari jeeps and other activities are separate unless the quote explicitly includes them.
Before payment: ask for the current credential, vehicle and insurance evidence you require, and keep those details with the written booking confirmation.
