Quotes and confirmation
A website page or sample itinerary is not a confirmed booking. Your written quote should state the dates, pickup and drop-off, route, vehicle service, included items, price, payment timing and cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed only through the written agreement made directly with Sahan.
Itinerary changes
Small route changes may be possible, but distance, traffic, opening times, weather, hotel bookings, train seats, park access and other provider availability can limit changes. Any material cost or schedule change must be agreed before it is treated as part of the booking.
Third-party bookings
Hotels, tickets, safaris, activities, eSIMs, insurance and similar services may be suggested or arranged on request. Unless the written quote clearly says otherwise, the third-party provider controls availability, pricing, refunds, safety rules and service delivery.
Payments and cancellation
Use the payment schedule and cancellation policy in your written quote. Do not rely on a generic website statement if it conflicts with the confirmed booking. Ask for clarification before sending a payment.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas or ETA approval, travel insurance, accurate flight and hotel information, personal health decisions and following the rules of transport, accommodation, parks and attractions.
